Week 5: Harnassing the Power of My Inner Guru

What a cool principle!  This week’s meeting was awesome!  I really like the exercise that we did, and find it to be something that will be very valuable throughout my life.  I have felt this way about almost everything we have been discussing!  Outlook is such an awesome program! 

Positive Review for Monday:  Hiked to the top of Timp Cave even though my ankle was a little soar.  Went swimming with the kids this evening at the Scera Pool.  Got QuickBooks working correctly so that I can send emails directly from the programs I use.  Solidified our new payroll program for businesses.  Created a sweet logo/ad look for LowHangingFruitIdeas.com. 

My goals for this week are as follows:

WEEK 5 GOALS: INNER GURU (SILENCE THE GOOBER)

My 90 Day Goal Challenge I AM A MULTI-MILLIONAIRE THRIVING OFF OF MY GENEROSITY AND I HAVE $40,000 IN A SECURITY FUND!”

  1. Ask and obtain $.11 every where I go (Store, mall, shop, etc…)
  2. Do what your guru told you to do
  3. Read guru comments in the mirror twice this week
  4. Celebrate our success with Becki Daily
  5. Call Walt & Find out ways Alex can be supported best
  6. Ask others, “Will you…?” three times a day

Choice Process Momentum I AM PRETTY DAMN INCREDIBLE!”

  1. Add belief to self affirmation list
  2. Do a daily positive review—Include in journal entries
  3. Hold a “master-mind” meeting on Wednesday
  4. Schedule piano lessons
  5. Do “2” cleanses this week
  6. Take 1 hr on Sunday to plan out “to do’s” & planning for the week

Team 90 Day Goal Challenge WE ARE LEAN MEAN MUSCLE MACHINES RELEASING 90 LBS!”

  1. Obtain a small cooler
  2. Set up “boot camp” with Matt
  3. Write down plan every morning—work, meals & snacks, “me” activities
  4. Plan and do a fun activity (exercise) with family
  5. Write down daily obstacle & take guru’s advice to overcome it
  6. Obtain two milk jugs to use as our “daily fuel.  Drink at least 100 oz/day
  7. Do a cleanse on Wednesday
  8. Do a “you are melting” activity
  9. Exercise self-control & share experience w/each other
  10. Read two success stories together

Everything is going fantastic!  This week I am shooting for under 260 lbs.  That puts me at just over my halfway mark.  How awesome!
