1. *Call my 7 chose guides for support and to invite to guide training meeting
2. *Delegate at least three 3 & 4’s from activity inventory
3. Set up PayCycle.com to do all of our payroll
4. Establish Roles & Responsibilities (Delegation) with current employees
5. Simplify system and create great order within company
6. *Read the E-myth
7. *Bring a belief for next Thursday to work on (choice process)

Choice Process Momentum

1. Post it!  Add belief to self affirmation list.
2. Write 5 pages for book, Low Hanging Fruit:  Just Pluck It!
3. Do something everyday out of comfort zone and write it down
4. Ask myself what would Cookie Monster do in this situation (authentic)
5. Tell someone “no” where I would normally say “yes”
