Week 4 Goals

WEEK 4 GOALS

 

My 90 Day Goal Challenge

“I AM A LEAN MEAN 220 LB MUSCLE MACHINE!”

  1. Make a post of things I choose to give up from Timp Hike
  2. Make a list of things that fill up my cup (bring peace and joy) 10 things and send to Becca
  3. Send a mass “declaration” email for support from friends, family, and colleagues
  4. Do something for my self every day and include it in this week’s journaling
  5. Ask brother Shawn to be my trainer extraordinaire

 

Choice Process Momentum

“I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR ME AND ONLY ME!”

  1. Post belief near computer
  2. Declare it to 3 people
  3. Do 5 Activities from list to fill my cup every day for my well being
  4. Listen to Zig Ziglar CD’s in car
  5. Add chapter in book titled by new belief

 

Team 90 Day Goal Challenge

“We Are Financially Secure With $40,000 in Our Security Account”

  1. Set up game plan for Orem Referral NetworX.  Set first meeting date.
  2. Prepare in advance, practice, and deliver BNI presentation on personal finance and low hanging fruit
  3. Begin writing book on low hanging fruit
  4. Take 1 hr during week to generate 10 referrals for BNI before Thursday
  5. Meet with Reece about setting up webpages & blogs that forward directly to offer pages
  6. Bring all clients up to date so that Brandi and Jessica can both be on %
  7. Get AmEx Business card balance transferred to Capital One
